Stephanie Gebbia earned her undergraduate degree at Colorado State University and soon after moving back to New York City, obtained her master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from Brooklyn College (City University of New York) and completed her dietetic internship from Queens College. Stephanie started her nutrition career in 2010 at hospitals in the NYC area providing medical nutrition therapy to patients of various life cycles and disease states. After moving to Denver in 2015, Stephanie started at Rocky Mountain Pediatric Specialty Clinics, educating and counseling patients and families on the medical nutrition therapy necessary to meet the unique needs of children. Stephanie enjoys working with a pediatric population and is a big advocate for promoting healthy habits early in life that will bring lifelong benefits. Stephanie has a passion for practical and balanced meal planning for both specific medical conditions and general healthy lifestyles. Stephanie enjoys the beauty of Colorado while being physically active with her dog and fiancé. Enjoying activities such as hiking, camping, running, cycling, and snowboarding. Cooking with fresh and local produce is big in her house, and loves visiting farmers markets and trying new recipes.
